慢性肝衰竭并发播散性隐球菌病1例
A case of chronic liver failure complicated with disseminated cryptococcosis

摘要
慢性肝衰竭患者由于机体吞噬功能受损、补体水平降低、免疫调节障碍、进行侵入性手术、使用皮质类固醇和抗生素以及与肝脏疾病相关的胃肠道出血等,导致隐球菌感染率明显上升.并发隐球菌感染的肝衰竭患者病情进展迅速,病死率极高.本研究报道了 1例慢性肝衰竭合并播散性隐球菌病的患者,旨在提高临床医生的认识,早诊断,早治疗,提高肝衰竭患者生存率.
Abstract
Patients with chronic liver failure have significantly increased the incidence of cryptococcal infection due to im-paired phagocytic function,decreased complement levels,immune regulation disorders,invasive surgery,use of corticoste-roids and antibiotics,and gastrointestinal bleeding related to liver diseases.Patients with liver failure complicated with cryp-tococcal infection progress rapidly and have a high mortality rate.This study reported a patient with chronic liver failure complicated with disseminated cryptococcosis,aiming to improve the clinical understanding.
