摘要
病例1,男,36岁,颈胸部出现多个淡红色丘疹,伴瘙痒5 d,左前臂可见多处抓痕.病例2,男,6岁,2周前右下眼睑处出现1粒以毛囊为中心的红色浮肿性丘疹,逐渐增大,伴触痛和瘙痒.2例患者根据真菌荧光镜检菌丝阳性诊断为体癣,真菌培养鉴定及菌株质谱分析(mass spectrometry,MS)结果显示致病菌均为犬小孢子菌.给予特比萘芬或联苯苄唑外用2周后痊愈,未留瘢痕.
Abstract
Case 1,a 36-year-old male,developed multiple round or oval reddish papules on the neck and chest with pruri-tus for 5 days.Multiple scratches were visible on the left forearm.Case 2,a 6-year-old boy,developed singular red folliculi-tis on his right lower eyelid with tenderness and pruritus for 2 weeks.According to the fungal direct fluorescent microscopy,fungal culture and strain Mass Spectrometry analysis,the both isolated strains were identified as Microsporum canis.The patients were treated with terbinafine or bifonazole for 2 weeks and recovered completely.
