A case of mixed intracranial infection and cerebral salt-wasting syndrome
The patient,a 58-year-old female,was admitted due to repeated headache and dizziness for more than 1 year.Finally,she was diagnosed as tuberculous meningitis combined with cryptococcal meningitis complicated by cerebral salt de-pletion syndrome.The symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment such as anti-tuberculosis and anti-fungal infec-tion,and had a good prognosis.
