A 1-year-old boy was scalded by hot water.The patient had a skin infection secondary to a rare fungal infection of Trichosporon asahii after hot water scald,and was dose dependent sensitivity to the preferred drug voriconazole recom-mended in the literature.Afterwards,according to the individual condition of the child,after 7 days the combination treat-ment of fluconazole 72 mg/d intravenous and silver alginate dressing,and the result was satisfactory.
