A case of bronchopulmonary aspergillosis secondary to influenza B virus infection
We report a case of bronchopulmonary aspergillosis secondary to influenza B virus infection.The patient,fe-male,33 years old,clinically presented with cough and sputum for more than 10 days,aggravated with wheezing for 3 days.The patient was admitted to the hospital with rapid onset of asphyxia,and was promptly intubated and cleared of respiratory necrosis and mucous sputum.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid GM test was positive,detection of respiratory pathogenic micro-organisms showed Aspergillus fumigatus combined with influenza B virus infection,voriconazole,amphotericin B antifungal treatment,oseltamivir antiviral treatment,gradually improved.
