The Enlightenment of Obligation Theory on the Construction of International Financial Order under the Background of Double Circulation
Western Utilitarianism competition thought and the absence of Public liability in the international finan-cial system established under its guidance are the fundamental reasons for the turbulence of the international financial situation.The international financial order established based on Western competition ideology,due to the lack of equal and just main responsibilities,is inevitably turbulent,divided,and restructured.Faced with the turbulence of the in-ternational financial situation,China needs to re understand the ideology of obligation theory in the guiding ideology of economic research and institutional construction,including valuing traditional Confucianism.In terms of philosophical thinking,modern economic research should go beyond individualistic analysis methods,re-emphasize the holistic anal-ysis of historical philosophy,and attach importance to the traditional values of human civilization,advocating for the"main responsibility"of the financial market.In the construction of the international financial system,it is necessary to avoid Western centrism and emphasize China's own cultural values and discourse power in institutional construc-tion.In the construction of the domestic financial system,it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the relation-ship between"openness and autonomy"and"freedom and market",establish a financial system with its own tradi-tional civilization as the core value,and achieve a"dual circulation"of the international and domestic financial sys-tem.
