New quality productive forces,as an advanced productive force quality,has become an inevitable re-quirement and key path to adapt to the trend of the times,promote social progress,and achieve sustainable develop-ment.This paper first elaborates the basic connotation of new quality productive forces and patient capital,and then in-troduces the profound and important historical value of patient capital in empowering the development of new quality productive forces,namely,as an important engine driving the development of new quality productive forces,patient capital bears the important task of achieving high-quality economic development and China-style modernization con-struction.Finally,the paper analyzes the realistic dilemmas of patient capital in empowering the development of new quality productive forces and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening policy guidance,integrating industrial and supply chain chains,enhancing risk assessment and management capabilities,and balancing social responsibility and economic benefits,in order to ultimately achieve the high-quality development of patient capital empowering new quality productive forces.
