Observation on the curative effect of acupoint injection in the treatment of subjective tinnitus in the acute phase
Objective To study the effect of acupoint injection therapy in the acute phase of subjective tinnitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with subjective tinnitus in the acute phase diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional oral drug treatment,and the observation group was given acupoint injection treatment.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,and scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,including Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Tinnitus Evaluation Scale(TEQ),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),and Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS).Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 88%,which was significantly higher than 66%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in both groups.After treatment,THI,TEQ,AIS,and SAS in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the scores of THI,TEQ,AIS,and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection has certain clinical effects in the treatment of subjective tinnitus in the acute phase,which is worthy of promotion.
