Objective To explore the status of coagulation function and the risk of thrombosis in OSAS patients. Methods Some indicators of the peripheral blood coagulation function, thrombolysis diagram and blood?routine?examination of OSAS patients(OSAS group,n=64)who hospitalized in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2020 to February 2022.Patients hospitalized at the same time with vocal cord polyps or head and face cysts matched by age were selected as the control group(n=25).The difference of PT,APTT,fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer,AT-Ⅲ%,FMPV,Angle,MA and PLT were compared between the two groups.?Peripheral blood was obtained from all patients in fasting state in the early morning. Results There were no significant differences in PT,APTT,D-dimer and MA between the two groups(P<0.05).FIB in OSAS group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(95%CI(2.806-3.078)VS(2.347-2.665),P=0.0002).AT-Ⅲ%in OSAS group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(95%CI(96.34-103.5)VS(101.5-113.9),P=0.0260).FMPV in OSAS group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(95%CI(19.84-22.97)VS(15.68-20.00),P=0.0128).Angle in OSAS group was smaller than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(95%CI(56.67-64.23)VS(64.58-72.95),P=0.0106).PLT in OSAS group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(95%CI(225.7-250.0)VS(187.5-226.2),P=0.0077).Conclusions OSAS patients have a tendency to hypercoagulability and increased risk of thrombosis, which deserves attention and active intervention.
