目的 观察喉咽清颗粒治疗肺胃实热型急喉痹的临床疗效及安全性.方法 84 例肺胃实热型急喉痹患者,随机分为治疗组(例=42)与对照组(例=42),治疗组口服喉咽清颗粒,对照组口服阿莫西林胶囊,疗程为 7d,所有患者入组后记录咽痛VAS得分及咽部黏膜充血程度得分.分别观察治疗 3d、7d后咽痛、咽部黏膜充血程度的改善程度和评分变化.结果 治疗 3d后,治疗组总有效率为 64.29%,对照组总有效率为 61.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗 7d后,治疗组总有效率为 92.86%,对照组总有效率为 80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 喉咽清颗粒治疗肺胃实热型急喉痹安全有效.
Clinical efficacy of Houyanqing pellets in the treatment of acute laryngeal paralysis with solid heat in the lung and stomach
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Houyanqing pellets in the treatment of acute laryngeal paralysis with solid heat in the lung and stomach.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute laryngeal paralysis with solid heat in the lung and stomach were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=42)and the control group(n=42),the treatment group was given Houyanqing pellets and the control group was given amoxicillin capsules orally for 7 days.All patients had a VAS score for sore throat and a score for pharyngeal mucosal congestion recorded after enrolment.The degree of improvement of pharyngeal pain and pharyngeal mucosal congestion and the change of score were observed after 3 days and 7 days of treatment.Results After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 64.29%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 61.9%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.95%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute laryngeal paralysis with solid heat in the lung and stomach with Houyanqing pellets is safe and effective.
