Based on data mining to explore the drug use and clinical application of secretory otitis media
Objective Based on data mining to explore the rule of medication and clinical application of secretory otitis media.Methods The literatures meeting the standards was searched and screened from the databases of Zhi wang,Wanfang and Weipu,and the data were input and cleaned by Excel system.Then the TCM inheritance computing platform(V3.0)was applied to analyze the data of SOM drugs.Results A total of 97 articles,140 prescriptions and 144 traditional Chinese medicines met the requirements.The four drugs are mainly warm,cold and flat;The five tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and sweet.The main channel is lung and spleen.The tongue is characterized by fat body,pale tongue and white fur,tooth marks on the tongue edge,red tongue and yellow greasy tongue,dark tongue and petechiae on the tongue edge.The main pulse features were floating pulse,mild pulse,string number and fine and astringent pulse.The main types of syndrome were external attack of wind evil,dampness of spleen,dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder,and qi and blood stasis.The main effects are tonifying deficiency,relieving surface,and clearing water and dampness.There were 22 high frequency drugs with drug use frequency≥21.Association rule analysis showed that the top three drug association combinations with the highest frequency of use were A(Calamus,Poria),B(calamus,Zexia)and C(calamus,Glycyrrhiza).Four clustering methods were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion SOM takes the pathogenesis of wind,dampness,asthenia and stasis as the core,and the medication law of SOM is to dissolving exterior and dispelling evil,supplementing Qi and invigorating spleen,dissolving dampness and clearing heat,and activating qi and blood circulation.
