A case report of DISH syndrome with pharyngeal discomfort as the main symptom
This article reports a case of DISH syndrome with pharyngeal discomfort as the main symptom.The patient came to the hospital for 4 months due to pharyngeal discomfort.The electronic laryngoscope showed a significant protrusion of the posterior wall of the pharynx,which was hard to touch.On MRI of the neck,a short T1 and long T2 shadow was seen at the anterior edge of the C3-7 cervical spine,which is consistent with the diagnosis of DISH syndrome.
