Progress in the perioperative management for patients undergoing septoplasty
Septoplasty is a kind of commonly performed surgery in otolaryngological practice.However,many clinical problems perhaps met in perioperative period have not been properly resolved for patients preparing to undergo such a kind of operation yet,possibly seriously affecting their outcomes of operation and the quality of life.At present,there are many managing strategies has been emerged for such clinical problems,but with few set up following systematic and normative evaluation.This article was aimed to summarize the research progress in the managing strategies for such associated clinical problems possibly occurring in the perioperative period of septoplasty to provide some new ideas for clinical practice.
