Exploring treatment ideas of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on"state target syndrome differentiation"theory
"State target syndrome differentiation"theory is a new theoretical system proposed by Academi-cian TONG Xiaolin based on the defects of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation theory and method.The establishment of this system optimizes the deficiencies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in anatomy,physiology,pathology,pharmacology and so on.Among them,"classification-stage-classification of syndrome"is one of its core connotation.Professer TIAN Xudong based on the theory of"state target syndrome differentia-tion",according to the clinical manifestations and characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),GERD can be divided into three stages and four states,of which the three stages were the initial,progressive and later stages of GERD,and the four states were respectively hot,depressed,phlegm and empty.Guided by the theory of"state target syndrome differentiation"and taking the three stages and four states of GERD as the entry points,this paper discusses the therapeutic principles and corresponding target drugs of each stage and state of GERD,providing certain ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of GERD.
