摘要
炎症性肠病是消化道疑难病,常伴有多种并发症及肠外表现,临床处理颇为棘手.中医药对于炎症性肠病相关疑难病症有独特治疗方法:针对反复便血者,当凉血化瘀、宁络止血;高热不退者,当和解少阳、宣透清散;激素依赖者,当补脾益肾、调和气血;结肠癌变者,当益气固本、化浊祛毒;内瘘脓肿者,当清热解毒、生肌愈疡;关节损伤者,当清肠化湿、通络消痹;皮肤病变者:当内外兼顾,化湿解毒.在中西医结合的医疗背景下,充分发挥西药精准靶向治疗和中医辨证施治特点,为患者提供最佳治疗方案.
Abstract
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a difficult digestive disease,accompanied by various complica-tions and extraintestinal manifestations.It maybe a big challenging for clinical management.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique treatment method for complicated diseases related to IBD:for patients with recurrent rectal bleeding,it is recommended to cool blood,remove blood stasis,and calm the meridians to stop bleeding;for those with a high fever,it should reconcile with Shaoyang and clear the qi;for hormone dependent individuals,it should supplement the spleen,benefit the kidneys,and harmonize qi and blood;for patients with colon cancer,it is important to nourish qi,solidify the foundation,remove turbidity and toxins;for patients with internal fistula abscess,it is important to clear heat,detoxify,and promote muscle growth and healing;for joint injuries,it is recommended to clear the intestines and dispel dampness,clear the meridians and eliminate obstruction;for pa-tients with skin lesions:when taking into account both internal and external factors,it can dissolve dampness and detoxify.In the context of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,we fully leverage the precisely tar-geted treatment of Western medicine and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treat-ment to provide patients with the best treatment plan.
