This study explores the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)abdominal diagnostics in treating acute pancreatitis, grounded in the Shang Han Lun Six-Jing differentiation system.Focusing on ab-dominal palpation, the approach discerns patients'constitutional variances and diagnoses visceral pathologies and Qi-blood-fluid imbalances. In early-stage Yangming Fu syndrome of acute pancreatitis, the method underscores the significance of invigorating blood and resolving stasis throughout treatment.Additionally,it facilitates under-standing of ascites and phlegm-fluid accumulation, guiding clinical management.Overall, the TCM abdominal di-agnostic method integrates comprehensive observation and syndrome differentiation, offering a holistic and person-alized treatment strategy for acute pancreatitis.
