The clinical thinking of preventing and treating of"inflammation-cancer"transformation of colorectal adenoma by applying Professor CAI Gan's Yin-fire theory
This paper summarizes the academic experience of Professor Cai Gan in the prevention and treat-ment of"inflammation-cancer"transformation of colorectal adenoma by applying Li Dongyuan's Yin-fire theory.Professor Cai Gan believes that Yin-fire corresponds to the inflammatory mechanism of colorectal adenoma,and Yin-fire retention causes"inflammation-cancer transformation"of colorectal adenoma.In the treatment process,"tonifying spleen and stomach"should be carried out throughout,and"dredging Yin-fire"is the key to preventing and treating"inflammation-cancer transformation".In clinical practice,the methods of invigorating the spleen and Qi,activating blood circulation,and dispersing knots are adopted,supporting the positive and eliminating evil,and treating both symptoms and signs.
