Precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis are a high-risk type of gastric cancer,so it should be taken seriously.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.Professor DANG Zhongqin,through years of clinical exploration and experience summary,believes that the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root of the disease throughout the disease,Qi stagnation,damp heat,phlegm turbid-ness,blood stasis,and other pathologic products are important factors in the progression of the disease.The treat-ment is based on invigorating the spleen and supplementing Qi,developing Hewei Zhitong prescription,Lizhong Hewei prescription,and Xiaopi Hewei prescription.According to the condition,the combination of disease-syn-drome-symptom theory and microscopic differentiation,addition,and subtraction application,the effect is quite good.This paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis in tra-ditional Chinese medicine,treatment methods,prescriptions,cases,and other aspects to provide new ideas for the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.
