摘要
克罗恩病(CD)是一种病因未明、可累及全消化道的特发性炎症性疾病,本病病程迁延反复,以腹痛、腹泻、瘘管形成等为主要症状.目前西医治疗存在治疗达标率低、复发率较高、不良反应较多等不足.中医诊治CD尚处于起步阶段,研究发现中医药在缓解症状、抑制炎症反应、改善凝血功能、促进黏膜愈合、提高生物制剂临床应答率、减少复发率及治疗肛周并发症等方面具有作用.本文对近10年来中医对CD的病因病机的认识、中医辨证分型和中医治疗的文献进行综述.
Abstract
Crohn's disease(CD)is an idiopathic inflammatory disease of undetermined etiology that can in-volve the entire digestive tract.It presents recurrent or persisting abdominal pain,diarrhea,or fistula as the main symptoms.There are many deficiencies such as lower treat-to-target rate,higher relapse rate,and higher intoler-ance rate in Western medicine treatment on CD.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment on CD is still in its infancy.It has been reported that TCM could be effective in relieving symptoms,inhibiting inflammation,im-proving coagulation function,promoting mucosal healing,increasing the clinical response rate of biologics,reduc-ing recurrence rate,and treating perianal complications.The literature in recent 10 years related to TCM etiology and pathogenesis,TCM syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment on CD has been reviewed.
