慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的中医诊疗前景广阔

摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)及胃癌前病变(precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,PLGC)的早期诊断及治疗对于胃癌的防治至关重要.近年,基于内镜、人工智能等现代技术手段的发展以及中医辨证体系的完善,中医对CAG及PLGC的临床认识逐步深入,临床治疗取得了卓越疗效,显示了良好的前景.本文结合国内外最新研究成果,对CAG及PLGC的疾病诊断、证候诊断及中医治疗进展进行述评,以期为中医临床和科研提供借鉴及思路.
Abstract
Early diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and precancerous lesions of gas-tric cancer(PLGC)are crucial for gastric cancer prevention.In recent years,based on the development of endosco-py,artificial intelligence,and other modern technological means,as well as the improvement of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)identification system,TCM has gradually deepened the clinical understanding of CAG and PLGC,and the clinical treatment has achieved excellent therapeutic effects and shown a good prospect.There-fore,this paper reviews the disease diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation,and progress of TCM treatment of CAG and PLGC in the light of the latest research results at home and abroad,to provide reference and ideas for TCM clinics and research.
