慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG)及胃癌前病变(precancerous lesions of gastric cancer，PLGC)是消化系统的常见病及疑难病，存在一定的发展为胃癌的风险。中医药治疗CAG及PLGC显示出了较好的前景。张声生教授从事CAG及PLGC诊疗多年，经验丰富，对本病的诊治有独到的见解，将CAG及PLGC的病机总结为"虚、浊、滞、瘀、毒、癥"，总的治法为"调态消癥"，善用古代经典名方"调虚态、调浊态、调滞态、调瘀态、调毒态、消癥积"进行治疗，具有重要的临床价值，值得学习和借鉴。
