摘要
《消化性溃疡中医诊疗专家共识(2023)》是2020年11月由中华中医药学会脾胃病分会在北京主导,联合全国26家三级甲等医院、高等院校及科研机构共同修订的一部消化性溃疡中医诊疗专家共识.共识包括消化性溃疡的西医诊断、中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型、临床治疗、疗效评定、中医药循证医学进展、预防调摄、转归与随访等,新增"当代名家经验"条目,体现继承与发展,为了更好地应用本共识,特解读如下.
Abstract
The Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Peptic Ulcer(2023)was jointly revised by the Gastroenterology Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine in Beijing in November 2020,along with 26 top-tier hospitals and research institutions from universities across the country.The consensus covers various aspects of peptic ulcer,including Western medicine diagnosis,Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,clinical treatment,evaluation of thera-peutic effects,progress in evidence-based medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine,prevention and care,progno-sis,and follow-up.It also introduces a new section on"Experience of Contemporary Experts",reflecting both in-heritance and development.To better apply this guideline,the following interpretation is provided.
