从气机论治功能性消化不良的中医研究进展

功能性消化不良是以早饱、餐后饱胀、上腹痛和非放射性上腹部灼烧感为主症的排他性疾病,是消化科的常见疾病.目前此病发病率较高,现代西方医学仍在探索该病的发生机制,药物治疗效果欠理想.中医治疗该病具有特殊优势,从气机角度论治功能性消化不良具有较好的疗效,在改善患者临床症状、调节负面心理状态、降低复发率方面展现出了独特的优势.因此,通过整理分析近些年的相关文献,从中医对功能性消化不良病因病机的认识、调气法治疗功能性消化不良的临床和实验研究等方面,阐述中医从气机论治功能性消化不良的优势所在及现代研究进展,进一步夯实调气法治疗功能性消化不良的基础.
Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine research on the treatment of functional dyspepsia from the perspective of Qi movement
Functional dyspepsia is an exclusive disease characterized by early satiety,postprandial fullness,upper abdominal pain,and non radiative upper abdominal burning sensation.It is a common disease in the diges-tive department.At present,the incidence rate of this disease is relatively high.Modern western medicine is still exploring the pathogenesis of this disease,and the drug treatment effect is not ideal.Traditional Chinese Medicine has special advantages in treating this disease.From the perspective of"Qi movement",it has a good therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia.It has shown unique advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in improving clini-cal symptoms,regulating negative psychological states,and reducing recurrence rates in patients.Therefore,by organizing and analyzing relevant literature in recent years,this article elaborates on the advantages and modern research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating functional dyspepsia from the perspective of its un-derstanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia,as well as its clinical and experimental re-search on the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the method of regulating Qi.This further strengthens the foundation of the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the method of regulating Qi.
