营养疗法在克罗恩病中的应用进展

摘要
克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)是一种自身免疫性炎症性肠道疾病,病变可累及整个胃肠道.营养疗法作为近年来治疗CD的一种有效方式,可通过调节机体代谢、减少炎症反应、改变肠道菌群构成,最终促进胃肠道黏膜愈合来延缓疾病进展.不同的饮食方案也已被证明可缓解CD的临床症状,在疾病管理中至关重要,但在临床应用中仍存在一定局限.本文通过对营养疗法治疗CD的应用进展及饮食方案进行系统阐述,以期为营养疗法的临床应用以及不同营养方案的制定提供思路及参考.
Abstract
Crohn's disease(CD)is an autoimmune inflammatory bowel disease that affects the entire gastroin-testinal tract.Nutritional therapy,as an effective way to treat CD in recent years,can delay the progression of the disease by regulating body metabolism,reducing inflammatory response,changing the composition of intestinal flora,and finally promoting the healing of gastrointestinal mucosa.Different dietary regiments have also been shown to alleviate the clinical symptoms of CD and are essential in disease management,but their clinical applica-tion is still limited.In this paper,the application progress and diet plan of nutritional therapy for CD were system-atically described,in order to provide ideas and references for the clinical application of nutritional therapy and the formulation of different nutritional programs.
