摘要

本文主要介绍了全国名中医刘启泉教授"一降、二调、三结合"治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎新思路.刘教授从胃腑斡旋气机,易生郁滞、阳明腑实,易从热化、多津多血,易生瘀阻的生理功能及病理特点,认为慢性萎缩性胃炎"滞"为病发之因,"热(毒)"为病进之基,"瘀"为病变之由,创新性提出"一降、二调、三结合"治疗体系,对本病的辨证论治提供新的思路.

Abstract

The paper introduces the new ideas of the national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor LIU Qiquan"Yi Jiang,Er Tiao,San Jiehe"in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Professor LIU from the stomach heart gas machine,easy stagnation,Yang Ming heart,easy from heat,blood,easy stasis of physiological function and pathological characteristics,think chronic atrophic gastritis"stagnation"for disease,"heat(poison)"for the disease,"stasis"for the lesions,innovative put forward"Yi Jiang,Er Tiao,San Jiehe"treatment system,treatment of the disease to provide new ideas.
