中文摘要：本文主要介绍了全国名中医刘启泉教授"一降、二调、三结合"治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎新思路。刘教授从胃腑斡旋气机，易生郁滞、阳明腑实，易从热化、多津多血，易生瘀阻的生理功能及病理特点，认为慢性萎缩性胃炎"滞"为病发之因，"热(毒)"为病进之基，"瘀"为病变之由，创新性提出"一降、二调、三结合"治疗体系，对本病的辨证论治提供新的思路。
