Objective:To explore the effect and experience of professor REN Shunping's Huoxue Tongluo de-coction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 262 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were collected by retrospective study and self-control method.All patients were treated with Huoxue Tongluo De-coction for 6 months.Gastroscopy and gastric mucosal biopsy results were recorded before and after treatment.OLGA score was used as the standard,and the corresponding scores were recorded to observe the changes in the degree of gastric mucosal atrophy before and after treatment.Results:In this study,the gastric mucosa of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis was mainly moderate and severe atrophy.After treatment,the gastric mucosal at-rophy degree score was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the degree of gastric mucosal atrophy reversal was more significant in patients aged 30-39 years and 40-49 years(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can effectively prevent the further development of chronic atrophic gastri-tis and reverse the gastric mucosa in different atrophic degrees.
