Analysis of the efficacy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia by subduing the adverse Qi flow and activating blood flow
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and medication experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with intestinal metaplasia(IM)by subduing the adverse Qi flow and activating blood flow through a retrospective study of clinical data. Methods:Collecting the complete data of CAG patients with IM who were di-agnosed and treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to June 2023,and retrospective analysis was carried out to compare the changes in histopathological scores before and after treatment, and observe the effective rate of improvement in gastric mucosal lesions. Results:After treat-ment,the histopathological score of the patients was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was 86.51%.Conclusion:The method of subduing the adverse Qi flow and activating blood flow is effective in treating CAG with IM,which can not only alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life, but also provide new ideas and treatment methods for the treatment of this disease, effectively preventing the occur-rence of cancer. It is worth promoting and learning from.
