Analysis on the experience of TCM Master YANG Chunbo in stage differentiation and treatment of residual gastritis
Residual gastritis is a common digestive disorder in clinical practice,and traditional Chinese medi-cine has a unique advantage in its management.Professor YANG Chunbo,a master of traditional Chinese medi-cine,is expert in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases and has rich experience in the treatment of re-sidual gastritis.He believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is stomach impairment and spleen deficien-cy,blood stasis and food accumulation,and should be differentiated and treated by stages on this basis.The relief period should be divided into the deficiency and tonification.Specifically,for Qi machinery failure syndrome,Zh-ishi Xiaopi Pill is recommended;for phlegm and dampness block syndrome,Zhaqu Pingwei Powder is prescribed;for Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,Bazhen Decoction is administered;and for kidney essence deficiency syn-drome,a modified version of Gastritis No.1 is employed.These treatments have been clinically validated and have demonstrated favorable outcomes.
