Research progress on the mechanism of action and related signaling pathways of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common functional bowel disease of the digestive system,seri-ously affecting the patient's work and study,and the disease is repeated.The incidence increased year by year,Western medicine takes symptomatic treatment,long-term efficacy is poor,prone to adverse reactions.A large number of studies have shown that Chinese medicine is effective in treating IBS.The author mainly summarizes six aspects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),including reducing visceral hypersensitivity,improving intesti-nal mucosa,rebuilding intestinal microecology,reducing intestinal inflammatory factors,improving gastrointesti-nal motivities,and regulating bile acid metabolism.TCM plays an important role in the multidimensional treat-ment of IBS.Based on the mechanism and related signaling pathways of TCM in the treatment of diarrheal IBS,the author concludes.To explore the scientific support of TCM treatment of the disease.
