重视肝脏微血管病变的中西医结合诊治

摘要
肝血管病是常见的肝脏疾病,而肝微血管病变在慢性肝病与门脉高压中具有重要作用,近年来提出了门窦血管性疾病的新概念,进一步丰富了对肝微血管病的认识.中医认为肝络瘀阻是肝微血管病变的主要病机,而活血化瘀是改善肝微血管病理、促进肝硬化与门脉高压好转的重要中医治法.本文围绕肝微血管的诊断与治疗,介绍了本期专刊的主要论文内容.
Abstract
Vascular diseases had often occurred in the liver,while hepatic micro-vascular lesions played an im-portant role in pathogenesis of chronic liver diseases and portal hypertension.Recently,the proto-sinusoidal vas-cular disease was raised as a new entity,and improved the understanding of liver micro vascular diseases.Accord-ing to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,"blood stasis in liver collaterals"was the main pathogenesis of liver micro vascular diseases,"activating blood and removing stasis"was important principle for the treatment which could regress the liver cirrhosis and improve the portal hypertension via regulation of hepatic micro vascula-ture.The current article introduced the progresses of the diagnosis and treatment of liver micro vascular diseases and the main contents of invited papers in the special issue.
