摘要
《溃疡性结肠炎中医诊疗指南(2023)》由北京中医药大学东方医院提出,国家重点研发计划(No:2018YFC1705400)资助,于2021年12月在中华中医药学会立项,全国共有24家三级甲等医院及高校、科研院所参与起草,2023年3月正式由中华中医药学会发布.该指南通过德尔菲法确定了 10个待解决的临床问题并通过循证医学进行了解答.该指南的更新明确了溃疡性结肠炎的中医干预措施、分期分型、主要证候、主要症状、适用范围等问题.现为了更好地指导该指南的实施,本文从指南制定过程、更新关键内容等方面对其进行解读,以期该指南为临床医生使用中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎,诱导并维持临床缓解、促进黏膜愈合、防止并发症、改善患者生命质量、提高临床疗效等方面提供建议和指导.
Abstract
The Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis in Traditional Chinese Medi-cine(2023)was proposed by the Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,funded by the Na-tional Key Research and Development Program(No:2018YFC1705400),and approved in December 2021 by the China Association of Chinese Medicine.The Guidelines was drafted with the participation of 24 tertiary-level A hospitals and universities and research institutes,and officially released in March 2023 by the China Association of Chinese Medicine.The Guidelines has identified 10 clinical questions through the Delphi method and answered them via evidence-based medicine,and has clarified issues such as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)interven-tions,staging and typing,main TCM Syndrome,major symptoms,and scope of application of ulcerative colitis.To better facilitate the implementation of the guideline,this article provides an interpretation focusing on the guideline development process and key updates.The aim is to ensure the guidelines offer practical advice and guidance for clinicians in using TCM to treat ulcerative colitis,including inducing and maintaining clinical remission,promoting mucosal healing,preventing complications,improving patients quality of life,and enhancing clinical efficacy.
