摘要
总结甘淳教授立足于"顺其性,法自然"理论,运用乌梅丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床经验.甘淳教授认为五脏皆可致溃疡性结肠炎,治疗应以五脏为本,顺从五脏特性出发.乌梅丸作为厥阴病提纲方,其组方五脏兼顾,阴阳升降同调,集诸方于一体,是《伤寒论》治疗久痢的首方.文章从五脏特性及类象自然角度探析甘淳教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验及运用乌梅丸心得,兹与同道共享,以表拙见.
Abstract
This article summarizes Professor Gan Chun's clinical experience in treating ulcerative colitis with Wumei Pill,grounded in the theory of"following its nature and abiding by natural principles."Professor Gan Chun believes that all five organs can contribute to the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,and treatment should be based on the characteristics of these organs,aligning with their inherent nature.Wumei Pill,as a representative prescription for Jueyin disease,addresses all five organs,harmonizing the ascent and descent of yin and yang.It integrates the essence of multiple prescriptions and is regarded as the primary formula for treating chronic dysen-tery in the Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders(Shang Han Lun).This article explores Professor Gan Chun's in-sights into the treatment of ulcerative colitis from the perspectives of the characteristics of the five organs and their analogies to natural principles.It also shares his clinical experience and application of Wumei Pill,offering these reflections for discussion and collaboration with colleagues in the field.
