维持性血液透析继发性甲旁亢患者的舌象改变与客观指标相关分析

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)继发性甲旁亢(secondary hyperparathyroidism,SHPT)患者舌象分布规律的相关性,旨在从中医学角度认识、治疗本病提供新的参考依据.方法:选取2020 年06 月—2022 年06 月上海健康医学院附属金山区中心医院血液透析中心SHPT患者89 例,收集患者基本临床资料及生化指标,记录患者舌象,分析SHPT患者舌象分布规律的相关性.结果:(1)SHPT患者舌象分布舌质颜色以淡白舌出现的比例最高,其次是红舌、青紫舌及淡红舌,舌体形态方面以齿痕舌和裂纹舌的比例最高,舌苔特征方面苔色以白苔居多,薄苔为主.(2)SHPT患者的舌质颜色与患者总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)SHPT患者的舌苔与患者血红蛋白、红细胞、红细胞比容、Kt/V、URR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:SHPT患者舌象分布舌质颜色可作为判断病情变化的一项参考依据.
Correlation Analysis Between Tongue Image Changes and Objective Indexes in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism
Objective:In order to provide a new reference for understanding and treating the disease from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,whichto explore the correlation of tongue distribution in secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT)patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:During June 2020 to June 2022,the hemodialysis center of Jinshan District Cen-tral Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences,where 89 SHPT patients were selected.The basic clinical data and biochemical indexes of the patients were collected,the tongue images of the patients were recorded,and the distribution law of tongue images of SHPT patients and the correlation between the distribution law of tongue images were analyzed.Results:(1)The distribution of tongue image in SHPT patients:pale white tongue is the most common tongue color,followed by red tongue,cyan tongue and pale red tongue.In terms of tongue shape,the proportion of dented tongue and cracked tongue is the highest.In terms of tongue coating characteristics,white fur is the most common,and thin fur is the main.(2)From total cholesterol and low density lipo-protein,the tongue color of SHPT patients was significantly different(P<0.05).(3)From the hemoglobin,red blood cell,hemato-crit,kt/V and URR,the tongue coating of SHPT patients was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The distribution of tongue image and color of tongue in SHPT patients can be used as a reference for judging the changes of the disease.
