维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态与中医体质的相关性研究

摘要
目的:分析维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态与中医体质的相关性.方法:选取本院血液净化中心MHD患者222 例为研究对象,以血浆Hs-CRP作为微炎症状态标记物,按《中医体质分类与判定自测表》进行中医体质辨识,分析微炎症与中医体质的关系.结果:222 例MHD患者中 90 例(40.5%)处于微炎症状态;中医体质辨识 171 例(77.0%)为偏颇体质;无序多分类Logistic回归分析显示,以平和质为对照,痰湿质、湿热质更易发生微炎症状态,OR(95%CI)值分别为 0.291(0.104～0.817)、0.336(0.117～0.961).结论:MHD患者普遍存在微炎症状态,中医体质以偏颇体质为主,痰湿质和湿热质是微炎症的危险因素.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the micro-inflammatory state of maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:222 patients with MHD in the blood purification center of our hospital were selected as the research object,and the plasma Hs-CRP was used as the marker of micro-inflammatory state.The identification of TCM constitution was carried out according to the Self-Test Table for Classification and Determination of TCM Con-stitution,and the relationship between micro-inflammatory and TCM constitution was analyzed.Results:Of the 222 patients with MHD,90(40.5%)were in micro-inflammatory state;171 cases(77.0%)were identified as biased constitution;The logistic re-gression analysis of disordered multi-classification showed that the phlegm-dampness and damp-heat quality were more prone to micro-inflammatory state,and the OR(95%CI)values were 0.291(0.104～0.817)and 0.336(0.117～0.961),respectively.Conclusion:MHD patients generally have a micro-inflammatory state.The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly bi-ased,and phlegm-dampness and damp-heat are the risk factors of micro-inflammatory.
