Clinical Study of Wenyang Jianpi Prescription Treating Stage 3-4 Albuminuria of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type Chronic Kidney Disease
To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Jianpi Formula on CKD3～4 proteinuria of spleen kidney yang deficiency type. Methods:70 patients with chronic kidney disease in stages 3～4 who met the diagnosis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine and were admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group received basic treatment ( including nutritional therapy,blood pressure control,blood glucose and lipid regulation,correction of anemia and electrolyte disorders,etc. );The obser-vation group took the traditional Chinese medicine Wenyang Jianpi formula in addition to the conventional treatment in the control group,with a total course of 12 weeks. The clinical symptom scores,clinical total effective rate,and 24-hour urine protein quantifi-cation of the two groups of patients were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group reached 91.17％,signifi-cantly higher than the 64.70％ effective rate of the control group;The integral values of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05);The 24-hour urine protein quantifica-tion,urinary microalbumin,and estimated glomerular filtration rate in the observation group were all statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Wenyang Jianpi Formula has the effects of improving clinical symptoms,reducing urinary protein excretion,protecting renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease of spleen kidney yang deficiency type. It has delayed the progression of CKD and demonstrated good clinical efficacy.
