Clinical Research of Huashi Jiangzhuo Paidu Therapy Combined with Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Patients with Nondialysis Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3～5 due to Damp-turbidity
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huashi Jiangzhuo Paidu Therapy combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine on patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3～5 due to damp-turbidity.Methods:Sixty-four patients with nondialysis CKD stage 3～5 were randomly divided into intervention group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the intervention group was treated with TCM dialectical therapy of Huashi Jiangzhuo Paidu Therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after 8 weeks of treatment was compared,including changes in Scr、eGFR、BUN、Cys-c、CO2cp、UA、UAER、Hb、ALB、PTH、β2-MG、TCM syndrome score、TCM syndrome efficacy.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of TCM clinical efficacy in the interven-tion group was 93.5％,and that in the control group was 87.1％.The extents of improvement of Scr、eGFR、BUN、Cys-c、UA、UAER、Hb、Alb、PTH、TCM syndrome score in the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05),among which the improvement of Scr、eGFR、Cys-c、UAER、Hb、Alb、TCM syndrome score of the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).And the extents of improvement of β2-MG indexes in the intervention group was statistically different from before.Conclu-sion:For the patients of nondialysis CKD stage 3～5 due to damp-turbidity,Huashi Jiangzhuo Paidu Therapy combined with Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
