胃癌相关肌少症的CT评估及中医疗效观察

CT evaluation of sarcopenia in patients with gastric cancer and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:观察健脾养正消癥方联合化疗治疗胃癌相关肌少症的临床疗效.方法:选择105例胃癌患者,随机分为试验组54例和对照组51例,2组均采用标准化疗方案治疗24周,试验组同时采用健脾养正消癥方联合治疗.结果:试验组治疗后平均骨骼肌面积减少率小于对照组(P＜0.001);2组炎症标志物白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-4(IL-4)均下降,其中治疗组下降更显著,与对照组差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.001).结论:健脾养正消癥方治疗胃癌相关肌少症能延缓患者肌肉质量下降进程,降低体内炎症水平.
Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng(JPYZXZ)decoction combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 115 patients with gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(54 cases)and the control group(51 cases).All patients were treated with the standard chemotherapy regimen for 24 weeks and the experimental group was treated with JPYZXZ decoction.Results:Compared with the control group,the reduction rate of skeletal muscle area in the experimental group was significantly lower(P＜0.001).At the same time,the inflammatory markers IL-6 and IL-4 were decreased in both groups,and the decrease was more significant in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences compared with the control group(both P＜0.001).Conclusions:JPYZXZ decoction can effectively improve the muscle mass of patients with gastric cancer-related sarcopenia and reduce the level of inflammation in the body.
