Objective:To investigate the correlation between hypertension and clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC).Methods:The data from 164 ccRCC patients and 58 healthy controls were collected. The ccRCC patients with a history of hypertension of 3 years or more composed the hypertension group(57 cases),and the ccRCC patients who had never been diagnosed with hypertension composed the non-hypertension group(107 cases). The ADC and rADC values of tumor, the contralateral healthy kidney and the control group were measured and calculated, and relevant data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 software. Results:In the hypertension group, the ADC values of the tumors and the contralateral healthy kidney were(1.683±0.435)×10-3 and 2.047(0.373)×10-3 mm²/s,respectively,and the rADC value was 0.83±0.20.In the non-hypertension group, the ADC values of the tumors and the contralateral healthy kidney were(1.863±0.401)×10-3 and 2.011(0.290)×10-3 mm²/s,respectively,and the rADC value was 0.95±0.20.The ADC value of the tumors was significantly different between the hypertension group and the non-hypertension group(P=0.009),and the ADC value of the contralateral kidney wasn't significantly(P=0.136),the rADC value was significantly different(P=0.001).Conclusion:Hypertension is associated with a decrease in ADC value of ccRCC,which may increase tumor malignancy.
