Objective:To explore the importance of wide detector CT combined with low dose test for triple-rule-out(TRO)in patients with four-chamber heart enlargement. Methods:A prospective collection of 60 patients with four-chamber heart enlargement were randomized into the observation and control groups, with 30 patients in each group.Wide detector CT combined with low dose test was used in the observation group and threshold trigger method was used in the control group to analyze the image quality.CT value,SNR and CNR were analyzed and compared using independent sample t test.Subjective score was completed by 2 senior radiologists according to 4-point method, and the consistency was performed by Kappa test, the scores between the two groups were compared using Wilcoxon rank test. Results:The CT values,SNR and CNR of the main pulmonary artery, left and right pulmonary arteries, proximal and middle segments of left anterior descending coronary artery, proximal and middle segments of left circumflex coronary artery, proximal and middle segments of right coronary artery and the subjective score of coronary artery in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The subjective scores of pulmonary artery and aorta in the two groups had no statistical differences(both P>0.05).The subjective scores of the two radiologists were in good consistency(K>0.75).Conclusions:The combination of wide detector CT and low dose test method significantly improves the image quality of TRO patients with four-chamber heart enlargement. It has a certain value in clinical application.
