Objective:To analyze the evaluation value of synthetic MRI(SyMRI)quantitative parameters in prostate lesions of Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System(PI-RADS)3 to PI-RADS 4,so as to provide experience guidance for clinical differential diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods:A prospective study was carried out in 60 patients with prostate lesions of PI-RADS 3 to PI-RADS 4.Among them,38 cases were prostate cancer(prostate cancer group),10 cases were prostatitis(prostatitis group)and 12 cases were prostatic hyperplasia(prostatic hyperplasia group). All patients were examined with SyMRI to obtain the relevant parameters[T1,T2,proton density(PD),ADC]before surgery. The results of postoperative pathological examination were used as the'gold standard'to analyze the diagnostic value of the quantitative parameters of SyMRI for prostate lesions of PI-RADS 3 to PI-RADS 4.Results:The values of T1,T2,PD and ADC had statistical differences among the three groups(all P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUCs of T1,T2,PD and ADC in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostatitis were all above 0.7,with the medium evaluation value. The AUCs of T1,T2,PD in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostatic hyperplasia were all above 0.7,with the medium evaluation value. The AUC of ADC in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostatic hyperplasia was greater than 0.9,with the high evaluation value. Conclusions:SyMRI quantitative parameters have high evaluation value for prostate lesions of PI-RADS 3 to PI-RADS 4,and can provide certain basis for clinical differential diagnosis of prostate cancer.
