Objective:To investigate the predictive value of CT combined with MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 in T staging of early colorectal cancer. Methods:A total of 110 patients with colorectal cancer were selected to underwent CT scan and serum MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 testing. Results:The coincidence rates of T1~2,T3 and T4 stages diagnosed by CT were 79.17%(38/48),84.62%(33/39)and 86.96%(20/23),respectively,and the total coincidence rate was 82.73%(91/110).The serum levels of MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 in patients with T1~2,T3 and T4 stages colorectal cancer were significantly different(all P<0.05),and the serum levels of MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 in patients with T3 stage were significantly higher than those in patients with T1~2 stage(all P<0.05),and those in patients with T4 stage were significantly higher than those in patients with T3 and T1~2 stages(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 levels were significantly positively correlated with colorectal cancer T staging(all P<0.05).ROC curve showed that AUC of CT combined with MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 for differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer in T1~2 and T3 stages was significantly higher than that of each single indicator(all P<0.05),and the AUC for differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer in T3 and T4 stages was also significantly higher than that of each single indicator(all P<0.05).Conclusions:CT combined with MMP-2,MMP-9,CA19-9 has a high application value in differential diagnosis for T staging of colorectal cancer.
