封闭管道内瓦斯爆炸引燃瓦斯二次爆炸特性实验研究

为了研究不同前段瓦斯体积分数、不同后段瓦斯体积分数和不同二次引爆距离3 种因素对瓦斯爆炸引燃瓦斯二次爆炸产生影响的规律问题.采用自主搭建的瓦斯爆炸引燃瓦斯二次爆炸实验系统进行实验分析.研究结果表明:当后段瓦斯体积分数固定时,前段瓦斯体积分数接近10%时,二次爆炸压力相较于其他工况最大高出 78.90%;当固定前段瓦斯体积分数时,随着后段瓦斯体积分数的增大,二次爆炸压力表现出先增大后减小的趋势.对0,0.1,0.2 m 3 种二次引爆距离下瓦斯二次爆炸压力分析发现,二次引爆距离在[0,0.2]m内的增大对瓦斯二次爆炸起到促进作用.研究结果为煤矿安全生产过程中研究人员和工程师制定相应的抑爆措施提供参考.
Experimental study on characteristics of gas secondary explosion induced by gas explosion in closed pipeline
In order to investigate the impact of three factors,including different upstream gas volume fraction,different down-stream gas volume fraction,and different secondary detonation distances,on the gas secondary explosion ignited by gas explo-sion,an independently constructed experimental system for gas secondary explosion ignited by gas explosion was employed for experimental analysis.The results show that when the downstream gas volume fraction is fixed,with the upstream gas volume fraction at about 10%,the secondary explosion pressure can be up to 78.90%higher compared to other conditions.When the upstream gas volume fraction is fixed,an increase in the downstream gas volume fraction results in the secondary explosion pressure presents the trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The analysis of gas secondary explosion pressure under three secondary detonation distances of 0,0.1 and 0.2 m reveals that an increase in the secondary detonation distance within the range of 0 to 0.2 m has a promoting effect on gas secondary explosion.The research results provide a reference for in the process of coal mine safety production researchers and engineers in formulating corresponding explosion suppression meas-ures.
