Influence mechanism of organizational identity on safety performance of urban bus drivers
In order to explore the influence mechanism of organizational identity on the safety performance of urban bus driv-ers,a chain mediation theoretical model was constructed with job satisfaction and job burnout as the mediating variables based on theoretical analysis.A survey questionnaire was prepared and administered to 633 urban bus drivers referring to the maturi-ty scales, and the theoretical model was verified by analysis of mediating effect. The results show that the organizational identi-ty can not only directly and positively affect the safety performance of urban bus drivers, but also indirectly affect the safety performance of urban bus drivers through the independent mediating role of job satisfaction and job burnout,as well as the chain mediating role of job satisfaction and job burnout. The research results can provide theoretical support for the urban public transportation enterprises to improve the safety performance of bus drivers.
