Driving mechanism of team resilience in coal mine:analysis of ascending transmission model based on psychological resilience of miners in intelligent mine
In order to mine and verify the implementation mechanism of the ascending transmission model for the psychologi-cal resilience of miners,based on the social exchange theory and the affective event theory,the structural equation model and Bootstrap method were used to conduct the path test and intermediary effect analysis on the real sample data of 367 first-line miners in an intelligent demonstration coal mine in Shanxi Province.The results show that the driving mechanism of ascending transmission effect by the individual psychological resilience of miner on the team resilience in coal mine includes two paths:affective transmission and cognitive transmission,and there is a synergistic relationship.The sense of mindfulness and organi-zational identity of miners play a chain mediating role in the affective transmission path between individual psychological re-silience and team resilience.The self-efficacy and organizational identity of miners play a chain mediating role in the behav-ioral transmission path between individual psychological resilience and team resilience.The research results can provide a ref-erential management theory basis for the safety management system of intelligent coal mines.
