Experimental study of physical labor intensity model for high-altitude tunnel construction
In order to ensure the reasonable work and rest of workers in the low-pressure and hypoxic environment of high-altitude tunnels, the physical labor intensity grade of workers was explored from five indicators:heart rate, blood oxygen satu-ration,pulse,pulmonary ventilation and energy metabolism rate.Through experimental design and result analysis, the labor time rate and physical labor intensity grade of different types of work were obtained, and a multi-factor measurement model of physical labor intensity of tunnel construction was proposed. The results show that the labor time rates of personnel in five types of work:excavation, guniting, lining, pumping, and blasting are 81.25%,75.00%,81.25%,79.16%,and 79.16%,respectively.Among the test objects,23.81%,61.90%and 14.29%of the workers are in grade II,III and IV physical labor intensity, namely 76.19%of the workers are in"heavy"or"very heavy"physical labor intensity. From the perspective of the relationship between body function indicators and physical labor intensity, the two are correlated, but the linear correlation is not obvious. The physical labor intensity model considers five indicators for the first time, and the results obtained are more accurate and scientific, and have good generalization. The research results can provide a reference for further optimization of workers'physical labor intensity classification and occupational health and safety guarantee in this type of environment.
