点火位置对隔爆腔内瓦斯爆炸影响的试验研究

为研究目前进行隔爆外壳爆炸试验时点火源与压力测定装置安装位置尚无统一规范的问题,深入探讨点火位置对隔爆腔内瓦斯爆炸的影响,以方形隔爆外壳隔爆腔为研究对象,利用自主设计的隔爆腔内瓦斯爆炸试验装置,进行5 种不同点火位置隔爆腔内瓦斯爆炸试验.研究结果表明:点火位置对隔爆腔内爆炸压力及压力上升速率影响显著,点火位置在腔体几何中心时,背壁面对角爆炸压力、爆炸压力上升速率均最大,并且曲线震荡现象最明显;距离隔爆间隙更近区域受到降能作用,压力值偏低,而同一壁面上与点火源距离相同测点爆炸压力也相等.研究结果可为规范隔爆外壳设计合理性及提升检验准确性提供一定参考.
Experimental study on influence of ignition position on gas explosion in explosion-proof chamber
In order to investigate the problem that there is no unified standard for the installation positions of ignition source and pressure measuring devices in the explosion test of explosion-proof shell at present,the influence of ignition position on the gas explosion in the explosion-proof chamber was deeply discussed.The explosion-proof chamber of square explosion-proof shell was taken as the research object,and the gas explosion tests in the explosion-proof chamber with 5 different ignition po-sitions were carried out by using the self-developed gas explosion test device in the explosion-proof chamber.The results show that the ignition position has significant influence on the explosion pressure and the pressure rise rate in the explosion-proof chamber.When the ignition position is located at the geometric center of the chamber,both the explosion pressure and the ex-plosion pressure rise rate on the diagonal of back wall are the largest,and the curve oscillation is the most obvious.The area closer to the explosion-proof gap is subjected to energy reduction,and the pressure value is low,while the explosion pressure of the measuring point with the same distance from the ignition source on the same wall is equal.The research results can pro-vide some reference for the reasonable design of standard explosion-proof shell and the improvement of inspection accuracy.
