Assessment and comparative analysis on risk perception of public to urban underground space
To clarify the risk perception of public to the urban underground space and serve the resilient cities strategy, the methods of semi-structured interview, psychological cognitive measurement, statistical analysis, and geospatial assessment were used to form the utilization types and risk list of urban underground space,A risk perception map was drawn, and the compre-hensive assessment and comparative analysis of risk perception level were conducted,The results show that the utilization types of urban underground space in China can be organized into six categories and 14 types, including 15 risks in three di-mensions of technology, environment and human-causing,among which, the severity of earthquake, fire and flood risk are high, and the unknown degree of radiation, underground pipe network failures and foundation settlement risk are high,The risk perception of public to the urban underground space has significant difference in the population characteristics, and there is an aggregation effect in the geographical space, which presents the opposite spatial distribution characteristics with the level of e-conomic development,The research results provide theoretical support for urban risk management from a sociological perspec-tive,and can provide decision-making reference for urban underground space planning.
