摘要

为将复杂的危化品应急标准知识转化为结构化、可视化的形式,提高事故应急响应速度和决策效率,基于自顶向下方法建立危化品事故应急本体模型框架,应用机器学习模型结合知识融合算法设计知识图谱数据层的构建方法,以现行的应急标准为语料进行实验验证,构建知识图谱.研究结果表明:基于本文提出的方法,可实现危化品应急标准的高水平数字化.研究结果可为突发事件应急管理知识组织提供新的视角.

Abstract

In order to transform the complex knowledge in emergency standards of hazardous chemicals into the structured and visualized forms,so as to improve the speed of accidental emergency response and decision-making efficiency,this paper re-searches on the knowledge graph construction method for hazardous chemical accident and emergency response.Based on the top-down approach,the framework of emergency response ontology model for hazardous chemical accidents was established.The construction method for the data layer of knowledge graph was designed by integrating the machine learning model and knowledge fusion algorithm,and the experimental validation and construction of the knowledge graph were conducted by using the current emergency standards as the corpus.The results show that based on the method proposed in this paper,the high-level digitization of hazardous chemicals emergency standards can be realized.The research results can provide a new perspec-tive for the emergency management knowledge organization.
