Research on optimized site selection method of emergency guard stations for urban gas pipeline network
In order to reasonably arrange the layout of emergency guard stations and achieve the high-efficient emergency dis-posal of urban gas pipeline network,a multi-objective optimization model for the site selection of emergency guard stations for urban gas pipeline network was developed, with the optimization objectives of the shortest total arrival time of emergency res-cue,the shortest distance from the guard station to the hot-point area of emergency, and the minimum quantity of emergency guard stations. The multi-objective particle swarm algorithm based on the crowding distance was utilized to solve the model.Based on the principle of timeliness and rationality of emergency rescue,an index system was established to evaluate the adaptability of candidate guard stations. The adaptability evaluation on the site selection scheme of emergency guard stations was carried out by combining the methods of analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS).The results show that the proposed method for the site selection of emergency guard stations for urban gas pipeline network not only satisfies the timeliness and economy of emergency disposal and the balance of workload of each guard station, but also ensures that the selected guard stations have good adaptability to emergency rescue,so as to realize the optimization of the quantity and layout of guard stations. The research results can provide reference for the layout optimization of emergency guard stations for urban gas pipeline network.
