Study on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis and prevention strategies of dust explosion incidents
To deeply analyze the dust explosion accidents and explore their complex and multifaceted causes, the statistical analysis was conducted on 67 dust explosion accidents occurred in China from 2005 to 2020 by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.A multi-level fuzzy evaluation model was established, and the evaluation dimensions of hazard state and assessment state were introduced to comprehensively evaluate the influence of various risk factors on dust explosion. An aluminum alloy processing workshop was selected as a validation case. The results show that the risk level of dust explosion in this workshop is relatively high, and the corresponding accident potential hazard identification, management, operational proce-dures and other management measures are either lacking or ineffective. The prevention and control measures such as upgra-ding and updating the ventilation system, increasing the explosion venting area, strengthening the investigation and control of accident potential hazard, and increasing safety investments are put forward. This research results can provide new reference practice and assessment tool for the identification of dust explosion risk and the effective prevention of accidents, and play an demonstration role in improving the industrial safety level and formulating the positive prevention strategies.
